Domingo Rodriguez is a Liverpudlian based fashion menswear designer. Heard of the name before? That’s because in 2010 Rodriguez’s A/W10 collection was picked up by ASOS as the Capsule Collection, Domingo Rodriguez for ASOS. Before that, his first collection earned him the prestigious Graduate Fashion Week Award. The designer’s chic and clean cut style resembles that of Alexander Wang and Rick Owens, yet his youthful take and mixes of soft and hard fabrics sets his collections apart from the crowd. Famous for his use of head wear and hats within his collections, Rodriguez shows how menswear fashion is also in the accessories game. His latest AW14 collection saw the use of swimmers hats in interesting metallic sheen material. Often casual and usually made in jersey type fabrics, Rodriguez has really set the standard of new menswear design and we can’t wait to see what he’s going to do next!
